Vaccinations
Why are they so important for your new puppy and adult dogs? Vaccinations are very important to protect your puppy from Devastating Diseases like Parvo, Distemper, and Rabies, among others. Parvo is very Contagious. It can also live in the ground for over 20 years. Until your puppy is fully vaccinated you should never put your puppy down where stray or unvaccinated dogs could have been. Pet Stores, Rest Areas, and unfenced areas that any dog could walk through are prime examples of places to avoid. When traveling, or even at home if you don’t have a fenced yard, pick a place to put puppy pads down. When traveling in a vehicle put puppy pads down in the floor boards or in the back of a SUV or Truck. Taking these precautions will help keep your puppy safe! Your puppy will come with its 1st 6 weeks booster shot from my vet. You will then need to schedule the next booster shots with your vet. If you have any questions about vaccinations please contact us, we’ll be happy to help you find the answers.
